| Hearst Tower is by Architect Norman Foster. The tower has been built on top of/inside an old New York building, so that the lower floor from outside looks like an old New Yorker building. The tower is very eco friendly. One example is the waterfall in the foyer which works like an aircondition for the whole building, saving lots of electricity per year. |
